It’s always special when one of our builders asks us to help design and transform their dream home! Santosuousso Construction approached us with the desire to remodel the ranch home his family owned into something more spacious and elegant, with construction details that would show off his company’s talents. A distinct, shingle-style Craftsman was perfect for the wooded location and the family’s personal style. A large addition was created on one side of the house, and a small addition to the other to enlarge an existing bump-out. The massive stone chimney is a focal point of the new outdoor patio space. White cedar shingles with a semi-transparent finish were applied and the red window sashes make the house pop!
