This 300-year old Georgian farmhouse was preserved where possible, and a rear addition focuses on mixing historical details with modern finishes. The new farmhouse-style kitchen in the addition has a salvaged yellow pine-topped island that warms up the granite and stainless steel that ring the room, and a brick backsplash that was salvaged from an upstairs bedroom. Bathrooms were added and upgraded for the family of seven, including a spacious two-story master bath with claw foot tub, glass shower, and sliding barn door.
